Muscle cramps and moving

Here is a funny picture of Abby with booties on that Rick's Mom made for little dude! I was getting together all the baby things we have collected so far and for some reason we decided to put the booties on Abby(I know it's kind of mean). I really don't think she minded too much though! Isn't she cute? Yesterday was her birthday, she turned 2!

I have been getting some muscle cramps lately. But early this morning I got the worst cramp in my calf that I have ever had. It hurt so bad! It didn't last too long but is still sore! I hope I don't get too many more of those. My tummy is continuing to grow and little dude is moving a lot, when he wants to.

We are moving on Saturday! We will be moving into a two bedroom apartment at nice complex in Henrietta called Henrietta Highlands. The best part is that they have a pool (I got a new bathing suit on Friday!). It is also only like 4 miles from where Rick works. We are excited but not looking forward to finishing the packing and actually moving all of our things back down three flights of stairs. Well Rick will be moving the things, with some help of course. I can't really carry too much since most of the boxes and furniture are pretty heavy.

The most exciting part of moving is that we are getting a new mattress delivered on Saturday! The bed we have now is not in the best condition so we are really looking forward to having something comfy to sleep on. It's a spring-free bed and it unbelievably comfortable : )

Abby will be going to Doggie Day Camp for 2 weeks after we move. Since Rick and I will be working all day and she will be in a new place we decided it would be better if she wasn't left alone. She is used to being let out at lunch time but now I won't be able to go home on my lunch anymore. She also can be pretty destructive if she wants to be and we don't want to worry about what she is doing in the new place. Rick's hours change mid-June to 3-11:30 which will be nice for the Abby because I will get out of work at 5 so she will only be alone for 2-3 hours. It won't be as nice for us because we won't see eachother in the evenings. Rick's days off will be Thursday and Friday so I have already taken a few Thursdays and Fridays off during the summer. Plus I have no idea how long I am going to keep working. For now the plan is to work as long as I can. I think it is good to keep busy and keep moving!

Here is a picture of what Abby spends the majority of her day doing now! She is going to miss it!

  2. Leg cramps suck! I once had one so bad I woke Dave up yelling and he freaked out because he thought I was in labor. They say calcium can help the leg cramps too but I don't think it helped me any.

I can't wait until you move because you will be closer to me too! :)
