I got special prescription cream to use twice a day for my itching! Hopefully it will help! The doctor also said on top of the cream to use Cetaphil lotion. He says that my skin didn't look too bad but it could be the beginnings of PUPPS, which is a pregnancy rash. I have an appointment to go back towards the end of August for a follow up but hopefully I will be able to cancel the appointment.
I am very glad that it is Friday! For the next 2 weeks I have Thursday and Friday off. After that I only have 2 weeks of work left!
We go tomorrow for our second childbirth class. The first one was last week and it was kind of an overview of the class and hospital procedures and such. Tomorrow is the relaxation class, which focuses on ways to relax without medication or before you get any! Then the next class will be on different pain management options (drugs) that there are. So far it hasn't been too bad!
We are getting closer! Only 43 days til our due date!

34 Week Doctor Visit
We went to the doctor's this morning and I only gained 3 pounds in the last 2 weeks! It is the least I have gained in a few visits! I asked if he could estimate the weight of the baby and he first said "perfect". Then he said it could be anywhere from 3 1/2 to 5 lbs. I'm guessing closer to 5 but what do I know!
I told him about my itchiness especially at night(last time we went to the doctor he was on vacation so we saw someone else) and I have a mild rash on my legs and a little on my belly. So he sent me for some blood work because one thing being itchy is a symptom of is a liver problem so he wanted to rule it out. Then he said I should see a dermatologist so I got a referral to one I had seen before and tried to call for an appointment. Her first opening was in mid-September and that wasn't going to help me. So they looked for the first appointment any doctor had in that office and it wasn't until August 14th. I always thought doctor's offices left a few appointments open every week for people who really "need" to get in but who knows. I called my doctor back to see if maybe we could try another office or something and they were able to make an appointment at that office for this Friday! Funny how an appointment just opened up! So anyways I am going this Friday and maybe I can get some magic cream to make my itchiness go away.

Hiccups
Today little dude had the hiccups (at least I think that's what was going on)! Every few seconds my belly would jump a little! It lasted for about 10 minutes.
I decided on my last of work! It is going to be August 21st which is a month from today! I can't believe how fast July is flying by! I also feel very lucky that we have had a cooler summer! I think the weather has been perfect : )
Here are a couple more pictures from the ultrasound last week. The lady doing the scan said he has very chubby cheeks and thighs. He also kept flaring his nostrils! We go to the doctor tomorrow morning and maybe he will give us a guess on how big little dude is getting! My belly is definitely continuing to grow! We can't wait to meet little dude!

3D/4D Ultrasound!

We also got a few pictures to prove that little dude is positively 100% a boy but they aren't really appropriate to post! One was even in 4D! It has been a long week and tomorrow is finally Friday! I am going to bed!

32 weeks
We had another doctors appointment this past Thursday and everything continues to look good! The doctor said there is no magic cream to help my itching but did suggest a few things to try.
We start our childbirth class a week from today! It is 5 weeks long and is on Saturday mornings from 10-12.
On Wednesday the daycare I work at is having a pot luck dinner baby shower for me! Then on Thursday we are going to have a 3D/4D ultrasound done! I am very excited! We had talked about going and having another ultrasound done but had decided we probably didn't need to do it. But today I was looking at the website of the place that does them and decided it would be really cool to do. They only do them up to about 34 weeks because after that the baby gets too big and starts to settle and it can be hard to get a good picture of them. So I called and they had an opening this Thursday @ 6pm! We will get to watch little dude move around(which he has been doing a lot lately) and get some new pictures of him! He looked pretty baby like in our last ultrasound which was back on April 16th. It will be exactly 3 months ago to the day. I can't wait to see what he looks like now! I will definitely post the new pics Thursday night! Hopefully he won't try and hide like he did the last time : )

Itchy Belly
My belly had been extremely itchy lately! I have tried a few different things and think I finally found something that works. I picked up some Palmer's coco butter oil for itchy skin from the Motherhood store. I just got one of the small sample bottles to try and it seems to help! Here is a picture I took myself of my belly from the side. Little dude is definitely growing!
Less then 2 Months till our due date!!!!!!!!
